All meetings are held at Willington Hall Hotel, Willington Lane, Willington CW6 0NB at 7.30pm, unless otherwise stated. The meetings are held bi-monthly usually on the final or penultimate Tuesday in January, March, May (including the Annual Village Meeting), July, September and November. For 2024 the dates are: 30^th January, 26^th March, 21^st May, 30^th July, 24^th September, 26^th November.

 OPEN FORUM – At each meeting there is an opportunity for members of the Public to make comment and raise questions. (normal allocated time of 15 minutes).
